From April 1st, the refreshments for Hasegawa Eiga  Sake tasting are supervised by world renowned executive chef : Ms. Hiroe Higuchi at Shima Kanko Hotel in the Ise-Shima.

From April 1st, the refreshments for Hasegawa Eiga  Sake tasting are supervised by world renowned executive chef : Ms. Hiroe Higuchi at Shima Kanko Hotel in the Ise-Shima.

Her food was served to great acclaim at the Ise-Shima G7 summit(May 26 Working Dinner)2016.

The chef faces the seasons & nature and expresses the charm of the material on the plate.

The Shima Kanko Hotel called ‘The Ise-Shima gastoronomy’ which is an effort to convey the appeal of local ingredients through cooking and to protect and support resources.

The chef is working on the Ise-Shima gastoronomy every day to create dishes that can only be found there ; Shima Kanko Hotel, making use of the rich ingredients unique to Ise-Shima.

From April 1st, you can enjoy ‘The Ise-Shima gastoronomy’ here ; Hasegawaeiga in Roppongi Tokyo.

Chef Profile : Chef Hiroe Higuchi
・Upon graduating from Osaka Abeno Tsuji College of French Cuisine, she joined Shima Kanko Hotel. At the age of only 23, she was promoted to a chef of Alcazar, a French restaurant in the Hotel Shima Spain Mura.
・In 2008, she moved to La Mer, a French restaurant in a new hotel, the Bay Suites, upon its opening.
・In 2014, she became the first and only female executive chef in Miyako Hotels & Resorts, taking charge of both Shima Kanko Hotel the Classic and the Bay Suites.
・Her food was served to great acclaim at the Ise-Shima G7 summit(May 26 Working Dinner)2016.
・2017 Bronze Award Winner of 8th Annual Forestry and Fisheries Cooking Prize for “Cooking Masters” by Ministry of Agriculture.
She was the first female chef honored for Bronze Award in the 8th, RYORI MASTERS 2017.
