From April 1st, the refreshments for Hasegawa Eiga Sake tasting are supervised by world renowned executive chef : Ms. Hiroe Higuchi at Shima Kanko Hotel in the Ise-Shima.
Her food was served to great acclaim at the Ise-Shima G7 summit(May 26 Working Dinner)2016.
The chef faces the seasons & nature and expresses the charm of the material on the plate.
The Shima Kanko Hotel called ‘The Ise-Shima gastoronomy’ which is an effort to convey the appeal of local ingredients through cooking and to protect and support resources.
The chef is working on the Ise-Shima gastoronomy every day to create dishes that can only be found there ; Shima Kanko Hotel, making use of the rich ingredients unique to Ise-Shima.
